I like to focus on the huge benefits we can get from conscious breathing and explore new ways of moving, increasing our body mobility. I always encourage my students to practice with curiosity and constancy, enjoying all the process. Practicing in a group it´s always easier to be constant and notice all the benefits we can get for our body and mind. My classes normally are 60 min long. It includes a short intro meditation, different breathing techniques, the main flow, and a final relaxation. Each class is different and every week we can explore different areas of our body. Also, love to keep my students' preferences in mind and adapt to what they need at every moment. I host the classes on Zoom. If you want, I can also record the classes, so everyone can have them available in case they missed it or if they want to do it again. We can arrange a trial class and see how people like it.
