The Business Relations program supports Alabama businesses in hiring and retaining highly qualified employees with disabilities. For more than 35 years, The Alabama Department of Rehabilitation Services Business Relations program has been meeting the needs of thousands of businesses. Specially trained Business Relations Consultants (BRC) provide access to a wide array of services and resources related to people with disabilities in the workforce.
