Advance Engineering Associates was established in 1997, offering high quality MEP & IT services throughout a number of sectors. We are a small privately owned company founded by Rakhshan Ali Khan, who has approaching more than 30 years’ experience in the field. Our success is underpinned by a team of experienced and young motivated, proactive and talented Engineers who provide the core to the success of the practice and to all of our projects. We believe that our staff is our greatest asset and promoting honest and open communication is the key to encouraging ownership of the company’s beliefs and principals. As I look at the growth over the years since our inception in 1997, I am extremely proud of what we have achieved, and even more excited about our outlook for an equally promising future. The story of Advance Engineering Associates (AEA) is told through our clients, our employees and the communities in which we work. Our history can be traced back to one modest yet inspired engineering office located in Karachi, where Advance Engineering Associates first laid down its technical service roots. Since those early days, AEA has stayed true to what we have always believed in – that our clients and employees deserve our best – and this is still the foundation for our dynamic domestic and global operations today.
