ADVANCE FOR DEVELOPMENT® started in 2013 to drive its collected young and fresh expertise in training and consulting in management and business context. It is founded with the aim of providing developments to the human being across both personal life and professional life and to organizations working methods in an attempt to utilize its core capability driven by its founder. It adopts the inherited mechanism of the cycle of linking learning and usage to bring about good improvements. In 2016 we celebrate 3 years of continued success since its inception; reflecting back over the various achievements and milestones which included many ‘firsts’ in the industry. In 2014 we run our unique personal quality program in the region, where many participants benefited from it, gain superior skills and build attribute personal qualities in line with which was the needed in the marketplace for successful working professionals. In 2015 we introduced the second version of operational excellence program, yet operations excellence program still standing out and making more success stories for our customers. Besides, the contemporary Kaizen concepts to business process improvement have taken place in many of our clients working place.
