Key technologies include ABS' SüPR•2G continuous horizontal screw reactor systems, employed in processes for deconstructing the matrix of lignocellulosic substrates. With exclusive Intellectual Property (IP) rights from over 50 years of demonstrated commercial operations, these reactors have proven capability in processing hard and softwoods, annual fibers and agricultural residues. Over 11 SüPR•2G units are in operation with rates ranging from lab scale to commercial applications of over 200 dry tons per day.
