All our homes are solo placements with a staff team comprising of a Home Manager and a staff team of four. All of our homes offer therapeutic environments within a warm and homely setting where the young person can develop with the support of our staff teams. Our staff aim to meet the development needs of every young person through guidance, opportunities and support enabling the development and improve outcomes for each young person.
