Advanced Building Consultants is a New York based firm, establish in answer to the growing need within the industry for professional expertise in the area of building maintenance, restoration and preservation. Advanced Building Consultants is a consulting firm that provides support and solution to the New York City building Owners and Managements. Our goal is to provide an improvement to condition, operation and appearance for our client’s building and keep a high level of quality of life for the people who live or work in them. Advanced Building Consultants is an expert in restoration and preservation of the building envelope, evaluation and solution (troubleshooting) building roofs, facades and keep an ongoing battle against water infiltrations into interior spaces. Also, giving support and assistance to the building Owner or Managements for projects from beginning to end, such as inspection, solution, budget estimate, design, repair specifications and plans, filling with NYC agencies (as needed DOB, LPC, DOT, etc.), bidding, contractor selection, contract drafting, contract administration, sing off and much more.
