Advanced Constructions is a privately owned and operated construction company. The company commenced in 2008 initially constructing luxury residential homes in the Northern Illawarra region. Significant growth of the business over the years has seen it expand into commercial and multi-story residential projects. Complimenting this growth has seen the company develop and grow its own Formwork, Steel-Fixing and Concreting divisions which gives our Construction division a competitive edge on our projects, as well as allowing the opportunity to subcontract these works to other construction and civil companies, creating greater diversity throughout the business. Advanced Constructions experienced management team have delivered many successful projects through out the Illawarra and Sydney regions. Our people's experience and knowledge in the areas of Project Management, Contracts Administration, Design Management and Construction, complimented by our strict company policies and procedures gives us a distinct edge over our competitors.
