Advanced Fire Company was started in 1947 by Mike Cruder, the first of three generations to be involved with the companies, and was incorporated in 1957. In 1992, Approved Fire Protection became affiliated. This company, built out of Advanced Fire Co.'s sprinkler division focuses on the installation of commercial sprinkler systems. In 2010, Advanced Fire and Security became affiliated. This company was built out of Advanced Fire Co.'s alarm division. These three companies, though separate, work together as a team to provide customers with a one-stop-shop for all fire and business protection needs. All three companies share the same goal: saving lives and securing property through improved safety and security systems, fire protection education, and equipment that promotes safety and protection. We serve dozens of schools, government agencies and countless other businesses of all types and sizes as part of our network of 8,500 customers.
