In 2005, JD Smith's vision for a cutting-edge metal manufacturing facility was born in a humble garage. Fast forward to today, and Advanced Laser MFG has evolved into a square foot powerhouse, equipped to tackle any metal work challenge. Our state-of-the-art facility boasts an impressive array of capabilities, making us the go-to partner for industries seeking precision and excellence. Our sheet metal department features three large format fiber lasers, capable of cutting parts up to 2" thick and 20' in length. This allows us to handle even the most complex projects with ease and accuracy. Additionally, our large format tube laser can process round tube parts from 1.75" to 14" in width and square tubing from 1.75" to 9.5", further expanding our range of capabilities. But our expertise doesn't stop there. Our powder coating department features two separate booths and ovens, including one massive oven measuring 10' tall, 10' wide, and 30' deep, and another measuring 8' tall, 18' wide, and 20' deep. This enables us to powder coat even the largest parts with precision and quality. Our welding shop and forming/milling capabilities round out our comprehensive offerings, ensuring that we can meet any metal work requirement. We are committed to keeping all parts produced in our facility completely confidential and can sign non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) and non-compete agreements as needed, providing our clients with peace of mind and assurance.
