ASR,LLC is a stand alone, locally owned Idaho company. We are conveniently located just North of the Nampa St. Alphonsus Hospital, 17 miles away from the Boise airport and close to the freeway. Our office provides 3 large exam rooms, a monitoring area, locked temperature controlled drug room, dedicated laboratory and lockable rolling desks for the coordinators.
