My Story You may hear of people falling into their area of expertise and that is what happened to me. A chance opportunity in my first full time job led me to HR and I never looked back! Over the next 20 years I completed my degree in HR Management and gained exposure to all areas of HR by successfully pursuing challenging roles within the corporate world. AdvanceHR I created AdvanceHR to support Small Business Owners with their HR compliance and guide them throughout the employee life cycle so from when they first connect with their employee to when they say goodbye. This includes refreshing Contracts & Policies, Employee Issues and support during the Onboarding of new hires. Most Small Business Owners do not need a full time HR professional, however, they do need someone that they can trust who can give them expert advice, someone they can turn to when things go wrong. Employers who make uninformed decisions can end up spending more time and money in resolving the matter than they would to have had it managed right from the outset. I partner with my clients to understand their business and their people so that I can set them up for success and help them to avoid the problems that cost them time and money.
