What started as an idea between Administrative Fellows at Geisinger has become a national force for good in healthcare careers. In just seven years, Advancement League has brought together thousands of leaders, partnered with brands like Walmart Health, Google, and Blue Cross NC, and donated over to local communities through a first-of-its-kind 24-hour impact competition. Now, we’re taking it even further. May 2026: Advance—a new leadership series for 100 hand-selected members in Orlando. September 2026: Young Health Leader Summit—for early-careerists and those who invest in them. Today: An online community giving you insider access to the leaders, ideas, and actions shaping a healthier future We believe healthcare will change more in the next 20 years than it has in the last 100—and we’re building the community to lead that change.
