Advancing With Purpose

Advancing with Purpose helps mission-driven organizations develop practical, realistic plans and strategies. We are led by a team of former non-profit and government sector practitioners who believe that internally and externally led planning can be vastly improved by incorporating project management principles and practices. We help clients ask and answer these questions: Are you maximizing the moment in a post-Covid world? A year from now, will you be working more effectively than you are right now? Are your organization's project plans aligned and marching in the same direction? You will know where you are today, where you want to be, and what’s standing in your way. We then prioritize activities and build in check points so you can advance with purpose. Areas of emphasis include public and state libraries, PreK-12 and adult education, health and human services, capital projects, and local history.
