We provide practical advice and realistic solutions and then, unlike traditional consultants, actually help clients put them into action. Adventum will assist with any aspect of the Supply Chain and specialises in strategic and operational reviews. In particular we can assist with decisions about the use of own account or third party distribution and warehousing, as well as with the selection, development and implementation of Supply Chain and Warehouse Management Systems. We can also stand in to provide short to medium term cover for the absence, or lack of, a Logistics or Operations Manager or Director.
