Adventures in Motion is located in the Ottawa Valley, Ontario, Canada and is all about getting people moving towards healthy. With the emphasis on getting outside and moving naturally we run group fitness classes full of fun and functional movements. Since winter's are a bit harsh we also offer indoor classes, circuit training, classes for kids and older folks too. AIM also specializes in outdoor adventure guiding using the beautiful Ottawa Valley as our playground. If you are looking for a whitewater kayak, canoe, hiking or biking guide we can help you out.
