That plan can include dynamic sales forecasting and cash flow models that align with company-wide and employee specific performance goals, progress benchmarks and employee bonus plan metrics. We lead team meetings to ensure that they are well-oriented with the growth plan and avoid unproductive deviations. Fresh set of eyes. Not every engagement needs to be long-standing.
