AED8 Sports is an Athletic Training Center that is here to assist and support the development of an individual’s self growth, purpose, potential, mentality, sport performance, fitness, training, and health. AED8 is an acronym for the building blocks of our facility: Activ8, Elev8, & Domin8! We are excited to be able to assist in the development of our athletes’ bodies for them to be able to sustain the demand of their designated sport and/or craft. Through functional and strength training classes, skill development clinics, athletic camps, and personal trainings our team is ready to serve the youth of Rocky Mount, NC and all surrounding areas!
