Aegg is a dedicated food and drinks recyclable glass/ plastics packaging company. We supply glass packaging (drinks bottles, sauce bottles and jars) and recyclable plastic packaging (plastic pots and bowls) into global food and drinks markets. Our food packaging can be found on shelves of major supermarkets in the UK and Europe, on in-flight meals and in foodservice outlets: Aegg’s growing recyclable glass ranges include off-the-shelf packaging for jams, peanut butter, honey, non-alcoholic drinks, a range of spirits, sauces, spreads and more. There is also an option to customize your own range of glassware with embossing, debossing, frosting, screen printing and colour spraying: Aegg supplies and manufactures recyclable plastic pots and bowls, ideal for desserts and starters. Aegg’s plastic packaging is produced using a variety of raw materials including PET (which is notable for its recycling credentials) and rPET (which includes 30% recycled material, making these exempt against the Plastic Packaging Tax (PPT)). We also use PP as a raw material (PP is recyclable and can be used in microwave ovens): All Aegg’s packaging is manufactured at world class accredited production sites, in Europe and elsewhere across the globe. Some of Aegg’s recyclable plastic packaging is manufactured at Aegg’s own manufacturing hub in Eye, Suffolk.
