Aemulator CIC provides high quality, responsive supported housing services for vulnerable adults with varied needs across the United Kingdom. This including people who have support needs relating to mental health, learning disability and/or autism, physical disabilities and multiple complex needs We work with Local Authorities and NHS/CCG’s to establish local needs for Specialist Supported Housing and then create accommodation options together with preferred development and support provider partners. This delivers the best outcome possible for vulnerable tenants in what can be a daunting experience of securing and maintaining sustainable tenancies. We create accommodation options in areas where they are needed most. We work with people to understand their housing needs then work with partners to create accommodation to enable people to live independently in the community.
