Additionally, another subsidiary within the group, Aeneas Capital LLC, was established in 2019 as a FINRA regulated broker/dealer in the U.S. Another subsidiary of Aeneas Group, Aenco Solutions Limited, is a blockchain and I.T. applications developer primarily focused on applying distributed ledger technology, along with other hybrid technology solutions towards financial and medical use cases. The goal is to continuously generate impactful real-life applications for its fintech and healthtech community as well as other business sectors. Pyrinas Real Estate Management Limited, also a wholly-owned subsidiary of Aeneas Group is the real estate investment and management arm of Aeneas Group. Our real estate team incorporates expertise and market knowledge in major areas including acquisition, underwriting, valuation, asset management, and development which enables us to perform the key investment functions in healthcare real estate investment.
