Aero1 is a team of professionals active in the commercial real estate market since 2012. We were the first team in Poland to use drones for real estate photo shoots - as a counter to the then expensive helicopter and airplane implementations. Our specialty is logistics and industrial real estate, for which we have completed a spectacular number of over 800 projects. We have photographed 7 out of 10 warehouse parks in Poland and CEE, making us the most experienced aerial photography provider in the region. We are also the first company in Europe to implement the use of drone-based virtual tours on a large scale. The product we developed is designed for leasing and tenant representation teams in real estate companies. In 2017, we developed the DroneTour360™ product, which we implemented for warehouse parks in 10 countries, including the US, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Spain and Italy.
