AeroChamp specialises in aircraft interiors, and aircraft parts design, manufacturing and certification for commercial airlines, business jets and defence aviation. We offer engineering design, production and maintenance services for civil and defence aircraft. Our team of highly qualified and experienced aviation professionals have the capability to handle complex modification, upgrade and indigenisation projects. With a global network, we are able to offer world-wide support to our customers. AeroChamp is a distributor and knowledge partner to some of the leading OEMs in the aviation industry for the Middle East, Asia and Oceania region. We take pride in our capability to design, re-engineer, validate and manufacture non-critical aircraft components and sub-assemblies. Our capability includes 2D and 3D designing, stress analysis, engineering validation, 4 axis CNC machining, water jet and laser cutting, drawing, forming, fabrication and 3D printing of complex aircraft parts. We have carried out reverse engineering for defence and civil aviation clients based on their requirement. Our design centre is capable to turn a concept into a product. Over the years our engineers have developed the capability to understand client's application requirements and offer a product solution. Our capability includes thermoforming of aircraft cabin plastic parts and improving OEM design based on failure analysis. We have developed Aircraft LED lighting for cabin interiors, wing lights, strobe lights and landing gear lights. Our team is currently designing 16G aircraft passenger seats for commercial airlines application.
