In Brief We work with customers on next generation sealing applications as well as supporting legacy requirements where obsolescence is a challenge. Aeroseals designs, develops and manufactures sealing solutions for land, sea, and air. Our primary business began in aerospace over 20 years ago, since this time Aeroseals has provided sealing solutions that can be found on commercial, military and business aircraft around the world. Aeroseals has utilised its extensive experience gained from solving aerospace and defence sealing challenges and transferred this to other niche markets which include Renewable Energy and Industrial Equipment to offer the same high standards in quality, performance and product life. Manufacturing Capability Our purpose-built manufacturing facility focused on design and manufacture of engineered elastomer seals and components is located in Leicestershire, UK (45 minutes from Birmingham airport). We have a wide range of manufacturing capabilities within our vertically integrated operation including calendering, milling, compression, transfer moulding, extruding fabricating of organic and inorganic elastomer based products. Aeroseals holds AS9100 accreditations as well as a number of other customer quality approvals.
