Family-owned, limited production, single estate Sonoma County wines from Dry Stack Vineyard made by Jesse Katz. Two varietals two different ways: Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir. All from the same fruit by the same winemaker make a fun, educational wine tasting experience. We had no idea we would get into the wine business. So we're doing things differently. Inspired by our winemaker Jesse Katz's intense focus on terroir and the complex relationship between nature and science, we formed Aesthete to produce the most unique and exceptional possible single estate wines. Our 100% Sauvignon Blanc from Dry Stack Vineyard has been turning heads as one of the highest-rated SBs in the US since our inaugural 2016 vintage. In August of 2022, we are honored to share that our 2019 Barrel Aged SB received a 97-point rating from Robert Parker's Wine Advocate - their highest-rated Sauvignon Blanc in the world for the 2019 vintage. Our craft wines are available in some Michelin Restaurants such as Singlethread and Barn Diva in Healdsburg and Micheal Mina in San Francisco but are mostly only available for purchase through our website.
