Our profile Our firm is an independent dual registered French chartered accountancy firm (expert–comptable & certified accountants) that specialises in an Anglophone international accounting and tax service. If you are looking to either establish or buy a business in France we can assist you with your research, and provide full support for the business registration (including legal expertise), with translations as required. Business appraisal, due diligence and interpretation services also available. We have particular experience in dealing with cross border businesses and the issues that you might encounter, when you set up a French/UK operation such as running a UK Ltd company from France. We explain the French tax and social charging system for you, and guide you through the necessary declarations, ensuring that you claim reliefs relevant to your circumstances, as well as ensuring that the tax bill you receive is correctly calculated. All of our services are provided in English, and we will provide translations for French or English documentation where needed. Our expertise is based on knowledge and experience of the French system, but with the added advantage of being able to explain the differences between the French and the English systems - in simple terms, and in English!
