Misyonumuz, afetlerde toplumsal dayanışmayı ve kurumlar arası işbirliğini destekleyerek afetlerin olumsuz etkilerini en aza indirmektir. Vizyonumuz, afetlere dirençli topluluklar yaratmak için çalışan öncü sivil toplum ağı olmaktır.
