Affirmed Capital Group, LLC, is a real estate private equity development and investment firm co-founded by J.P. Hagan, Sean Carpenter, and Eric Russell, three native Louisvillains. Today, the firm has offices in Louisville, KY, and Nashville, TN. The Principals of ACG have collectively sponsored, brokered, and/or invested in over $800M of total real estate transactions. Recently, the firm has served as co-sponsor in multiple MF, class A, existing assets in Louisville, KY, as well as a new 4-story, SF, celebrity-branded bar/restaurant development on the iconic lower Broadway strip in Nashville, TN.
