Based in Pittsburgh yet serving the world, Affordable Adaptive Solutions is an employee-owned co-operative formed to provide smart, sensible answers to a wide variety of accessibility challenges presented by daily life - whether entering and exiting your home, classroom or office; opening and closing doors (or windows); or using bathrooms, bedrooms, and kitchens. We also consult for building plans, fully automated homes, and commercial facilities. Design manager Jim Costello is well respected for his work in this industry over the last 25 years. Disabled himself, he combines a unique perspective and familiarity with hundreds of products, creatively mixing and matching to develop sound accessibility strategies for every individual circumstance. The rest of our staff has supported Jim's work in recent years, bringing a variety of backgrounds, skills, and experience to round out Affordable's services.
