Africa Holding Mining

Africa Holding Mining is a company whose purpose throughout the territory of the Democratic Republic of Congo as well as outside its territory, the exploitation, marketing and export of minerals. As such, it may deploy its activities in the following operations- Prospecting deposits for research- The acquisition of mining exploitation rights- Lease-out of mining concessions- The purchase of mineral substances of artisanal and/or industrial production- Obtaining, by mineralurgical and/or metallurgical processes, from minerals, commercial mining products in the form of a concentrate or metal ripened or refined- The transformation of mineral substances- The sale and export of mining products- Transport of mining products- The maintenance of mineral purchase counters- And more generally, to carry out or accomplish commercial, financial, industrial, movable or immovable transactions relating directly or indirectly to its object or to any related object.
