African Monarch Group

The African Monarch Group is a non-profit company (NPC) established to reignite hope and address socio-economic transformation by empowering all disadvantaged and vulnerable persons in Rural and Peri-Urban areas of South Africa. Established with the aim of bringing together 5 South African Royal Princesses from different Chiefdoms and Kingdoms across South Africa for the purpose of collaboration in sharing good practices in alignment with Ubuntu (Humanity). The African Monarch Group works together with Royal Houses, Traditional Councils in ensuring economic participation and development of rural communities under the leadership of traditional leaders. Through the Princesses serving on the African Monarch Group, the Traditional Councils empower community members in sports development, creative arts, technology and agriculture on value addition, supporting them to engage in both local and international trading systems, advocating for creation of agro-industrial parks, sustainable farming, sports facilities, cultural centers and tech innovative hubs. The African Monarch Group mobilizes in virtually all areas that add value to human endeavors, from youth empowerment and mobilization to women’s and children’s rights advocacy, general literacy, agri-tech and indigenous arts development together with youth role modelling and community development.
