AfriRadar was founded to address the challenges faced by African startups. We observed the difficulties in the African ecosystem and started a company whose sole goal is to provide visibility and support to African startups and innovation, both locally and globally. Our vision is to be a household name in African innovation, fostering young innovators from primary schools to universities. Our upcoming product, the catalog for African startups, will feature a "Product of the Day" system, allowing new companies to launch and gain recognition through user votes. We also host competitions, accelerators, and the African Startup Summit, which features talks from seasoned speakers, pitches, investment opportunities, and brand showcases. Our yearly awards, including categories from our catalog’s ‘African Product of the Day, Month, and Year’, celebrate outstanding achievements of great innovation all over Africa. Our yearly magazine also highlights influential figures in African innovation annually. Our mission is to be a beacon of hope for African innovators, demonstrating that they can achieve greatness despite challenges. With a goal of 1 million followers by 2026 and support for startups by 2034, AfriRadar is committed to fostering African innovation. In 5-8 months of active operation, we garnered over content views and 1,500 followers across social media. With a dedicated team of over 30 individuals, AfriRadar is committed to supporting innovation in Africa, one startup, one investor, and one industry at a time.
