Afritec Asset Management is a consulting company based in Lusaka, Zambia that specializes in land and property development, and project management, with a focus on value-realization in both greenfield and brownfield sites. Afritec was incorporated in 2010 to assist with the development of Roma Park, one of Lusaka’s premier gated community with a host of social and leisure amenities as well as a commercial park that is designated as a Multi-Facility Economic Zone (MFEZ). Through its experience and success with the Roma Park MFEZ, Afritec is perfectly suited to drive the evolution of parcels of urban land to maximize the potential of any land or property which is being underutilized. The organization has evolved into a development management and project management firm that specializes in land beneficiation. The firm has three projects which it is currently overseeing. Our Team is made up of result-driven, self-motivated and resourceful professionals with a combined 40 years of experience in successfully delivering high-quality projects with project and/or construction management mandates with a combined project value in excess of U$140 million in leisure, retail, hotels, and lodges, residential, light industrial, processing and warehousing Sectors. We have also successfully developed over ha of land into prime residential and commercial/retail land.
