Who We Are: AfroSwissters is a non-profit organization based in Switzerland dedicated to supporting Afro-Swiss women and women of African descent. We believe in the power of connection, aiming to heal divisions, nurture growth, and help our community thrive—together with each other, our allies, and the wider world. What We Do: Our programs are designed to empower through action. We facilitate targeted workshops, networking events, and educational initiatives that create spaces for our members to connect, heal, grow, and thrive. By addressing real-world challenges with practical solutions, we strive to build lasting bonds within our community and foster collaborative partnerships with allies both locally and internationally. Our Aim: AfroSwissters is dedicated to catalyzing transformative change by leveraging synergies and forging strategic partnerships that drive tangible impact and sustainable growth. We collaborate with community members, allies, and global stakeholders to build innovative platforms that unlock opportunities and empower Afro-descendant women to excel- and drive value creation and development on the African Continent.
