Afroz Consulting Pvt Ltd

Are you unhappy with your ERP Implementation Do you think you are not getting the desired results from your ERP Are you unhappy with performance of your ICT Department Do you think your ICT Department is not aligned with your Business Plans Unlike so many IT Consulting Companies in the market, we are not here to sell you ONLY ERPs, Software or Hardware. You have so many options. Our key focus are those companies that have spent millions on their ICT department, Hardware, Software specially ERPs and Staff Training etc, however, for whatever reason, unable to get desired benefits. In some organizations, ERP / IT Systems are LIVE but in name only and companies still using their old Legacy Systems in parallel. There are organizations where ERP / IT Systems are working but Management is unable to get the ON TIME information as and when needed. There are ones where after ERP implementation, the business has started suffering and the non IT staff has been blaming the ERP / IT Systems for the mess. We are new to the market. We are not Traditional ICT ‘Vendors’ but have vast experience in handling such situations at the customer side. We understand that in case of an IT Systems failure, what may be the root causes. Normally, the easiest thing is to blame the Vendor or ICT Department. We act as a bridge between Business and the ICT Department / ICT Vendors to identify and address the root causes instead of blame game. We have a pool of experts with advantage of vast experience of Industry, mainly working as Customers not the Vendors. Therefore our judgment may be different then a Traditional ICT vendor.
