I guide parents to effectively and confidently help their children achieve safe and quality sleep through virtual education, customized sleep plans, and virtual support. Sleep is one specific area of a family's life that is often turned upside down from the moment a child is born to several months or even years after. Sleep deprivation can weigh down on families physically, mentally, emotionally, and economically. It affects relationships, health, productivity (both at work and home), regulation of emotions and overall happiness and well-being. But it doesn't have to be like this! Through the Phases of the EPS, parents can reach a well-rested child and family. Phase one, EDUCATION to better understand the nature of sleep and components necessary for quality sleep. Phase two, create a PLAN to reach a family's sleep goals. Phase three, find reliable SUPPORT for reassurance, trouble shooting, evidence-based answers to questions, and accountability. In my Stork Community, you will find all three with the guidance of a sleep expert. EDUCATION through keynote speeches, online courses, masterclasses, the After the Stork Podcast, and virtual one-on-one consultations. PLANNING through teaching how to create a sleep plan best for a child or providing the creation of a customized sleep plan based on the child's age, child's temperament, family's situation, and parenting preferences. SUPPORT through weekly/daily text depending on the age of the child and service package chosen, phone or video calls, the Stork Village Membership, and group coaching. Parents are not expected to know it all. Even if they have a masters degree! By hiring me, an expert in child sleep, a family is more likely to reach their sleep goals through bite size education and effectively creating and implementing a sleep plan that takes into consideration the five areas that contribute to sleep.
