AG Capital Partners LLC (“AG Capital Partners”), is a private equity firm focused on recapitalizations or buyouts of established businesses, management teams pursuing an acquisition growth strategy, and later stage growth equity investments. Founded in late 2009, AG Capital has been actively engaged in private equity investing and in assisting the growth of small to mid-cap enterprises. Investors include a group of high net worth individuals and family offices to make equity and debt investments in attractive opportunities. Headquartered in Miami, FL, our firm invests in small to mid-cap companies that have difficulty in accessing capital during these difficult economic times, have good growth potential, long-term competitive advantages, and require strategic and value-added guidance to grow or to regain profitability. Prior to founding AG Capital, the principals focused on various transactions ranging from $15 to $100 million in enterprise value across companies in aircraft maintenance, food and beverages, entertainment and amusement, consumer products, financial services, media and communications, telecommunications, technology, retailing and catalogs, restaurants, manufacturing and industrial, among others. In addition, the firm recently founded AG Advisory Group LLC (“AG Advisory Group”), a new addition under the AG umbrella designed to advise and aid small and mid-cap enterprises achieve better operational and managerial efficiencies through the use of financial analysis, financial modeling, and financial reporting.
