Ag-Plus is located in the Wide Bay region of Queensland, which encompasses Bundaberg, Mundubbera & Maryborough. Ag-Plus is the fastest growing agricultural supply & consultancy business within this region and is a shareholder member of NRI (national Rural Independents). Our primary focus is macadamia nuts, avocadoes, citrus & vegetables. It’s the largest growing area of macadamia nuts in Australia. Produces 40% of Queensland avocadoes & 70% of Queensland mandarins. Ag-Plus also consultants & supplies product to sweet potatoes, watermelons and small crops Ag-Plus is a consultancy firm, but also offers sales of agricultural chemicals, compost, microbial inoculums, and fertiliser. Along with the conventional fertiliser, Ag-Plus manufactures its own fertiliser blends tailored for the crops grown within the region. Ag-Plus also has its own compost consisting of a fermented process. Whist Ag-Plus has access to all inputs involved in agricultural it is strongly based on biological processes and soil health.
