The AGAG has been formed by Timbercorp Grower Borrowers such as you that have loans in arrears with Timbercorp Finance (in liquidation). We believe that a commercial negotiation is a potentially worthwhile course of action. In planning to represent a loan book now well in excess of $100 million we believe we have a greater likelihood of success than individuals seeking better outcomes on their own. To pursue a collective negotiation on behalf of each Timbercorp grower borrower with a Timbercorp Finance (TF) loan in arrears for a greater commercial discount than has been offered by TF to date that represents part of a collective loan book in excess of $100 million. To specifically seek during any potential negotiation period to avoid a grower borrower being listed for default by Timbercorp Finance during this period. Should it be required, to seek an alternate lender for the grower borrower which will be based on normal or as required individual credit assessment by a 3rd party lender.
