Since 1998, Agape has built a reputation as a premier provider of case management, advocacy and counseling services. Agape joyfully serves over 250 adults and children with developmental disabilities throughout Miami-Dade County. Here is what you can expect our case managers- Visiting with you regularly at the time and location of your choice- Listening to you making your concerns our priority - Educating you and linking you with effective services - Advocating actively on your behalf - Helping you obtain and maintain all possible benefits including Medicare, Medicaid, Food Stamps and Social Security benefits To assure quality, a support plan will be developed with you detailing your history, current life situation, identified goals and needed services.
