Ageing Gratefully

My passion is to empower and encourage women to embrace growing older. We begin ageing the moment we are born and when we shift our perspective to view ageing as being alive, it has the potential to change the way we live. Once we become so immerse in the joy of living, our age becomes irrelevant. This is the reason that I offer grief recovery and life mentoring, alongside dermal therapies at The House of Ageing Gratefully. Psychodermatology is a relatively new discipline that recognizes the link between the mind and the skin. Through Ageing Gratefully, it is my mission to offer tools and solutions to challenge ageist attitudes and encourage women to enjoy every age and season of life.
