We are a new Consulting Company led by a woman driven by passion. Passion for life, passion for delivery, transformation, quality over quantity. Comes from humble beginnings as a junior developer who, within 2 yrs of our of school, lead one of the largest data migrations in consulting history. Pricewaterhouse and Coopers and Lybrand, now known as PWC. Its success was so tremendous that merging data and money from flat file systems into RDBMS was an interesting challenge. One that, she was off in Toronto region migration alone by about 5 dollars, on multi-million dollar conversion. That's called a rounding error in data language. She moved to sr management, making six digit salary within 7 yrs of graduating. She met her target. One most laughed at, at the time. She delivered projects spanning from the Olympics to Telecommunication migrations and Health Care BI/app methodology transformation, that's just to start with. She has gone through some tremendous personal issues, nearly dying. but like Phenoux, she rose from the ashes, first motivating people to do the same, then her dream started to happen. She was inspired by amazing talent in Africa. She chose to create a company 3 division (why start small), Consulting, and Technology division, where we work to deliver not what client wants, but what they need. Quality and satisfaction are number 1. Second is a Lifestyle Division - an Influencer. Third, the real reason, the drive, is the foundation. Where we plan on using funds from our other areas to impact people where there is a need. Transformation. One person, one life at a time. That is, as Steve Jobs said," what makes your heart sing". As the Founder, I can say that this reason and Africa are what make my heart sing. We are authentic, we work hard and have fun, and we walk the talk,"Passion to Transform every chance we get" is what I want. I am building not just an organization that delivers supreme products, systems, etc; I am building a Legacy.
