Having served in the military as a member of the airborne regiment in the Netherlands before persuing a carreer in IT/Software Development I have a different background then most of the people I’ve worked with. In the last 10 years I’ve worked in several companies in both formal and informal leadership roles. During these years I learned a couple of things: Agility works. Teams deliver. People matter. I see so much unused potential in business. Not using the full potential of your number one resource your people is an immense waste. An Agile mindset will generate the best result in complicated and complex environments. Focus on creating high performance teams and enabling people to be the best they can be.
