Agile Simulations

Agile Simulations are exploring how we can build engaging online agile workshops and games that are as good as, or in any cases, better than the face-to-face version. We have developed the No Estimates game, the Coin Game, and others - see thr website for the latest status. The kind of thing we are interested in are simulations, games and workshops that illustrate a single concept, and demonstrate it powerfully and well; we are not about buildng Scrum or Kanban simulations to explore how processes work. We want to use workshops, games and simulations to help engender mindset change, not teach process. We are looking to answer questions such as- Why should we concentate on delivering highest value items first- How can we accurately predict when software will be delivered- What is the best way to handle work between interdependent teams- How effective is pairing.and others
