AGN Builders is a boutique family owned and run construction business with a focus on building architecturally designed custom homes. Both directors are father and son with well over 60 years of collective experience as building professionals and qualified carpenters. Our passion lies in the architectural space and are highly experienced in all types of residential construction and luxury homes. Our niche has been providing our client with quality and high end finishes. Recently, we were featured on Best Houses Australia and Grand Designs for a custom home renovation in Canterbury and the renovation of the renowned vinegar factory in Northcote. The property in Northcote was awarded the overall winner of 2017 National Sustainability Award for Heritage Architecture and was runner up in the ‘Best Alternations and Additions Category’. Areas serviced include Bayside, South Eastern and Eastern suburbs of Melbourne but our portfolio of work has also taken us to the Northern suburbs, Mornington Peninsula and Bellarine Peninsulas. Our core values of honesty, trust and transparency are fundamental to everything we do and stand for. We work in partnership with our clients and other building professionals to achieve a home the client loves and makes the process a rewarding experience. We have ongoing relationships with a number of well-respected architects and have used a variety of different types of contracts such ABIC, HIA and MBAV. We maintain memberships with a number of industry associations and are active in continuing our professional development.
