Our business was launched to provide hotel asset owners with a hybrid lease structure that offers a combination of both institutional lease terms on a guaranteed Base Rent, along with a Profit Rent to deliver participation in hotel performance and profitability. Our overriding purpose is to align the interests of real estate owners and investors with those of hotel management and brands, who together make a hotel business successful and maximise revenues, rents and asset values.
