From the beginning, my focus has been on turning complex satellite imagery and soil signals into decisions that farmers and institutions can actually trust. The goal was never technology for its own sake, but reducing uncertainty at scale. Today, AgroChat processes multi-source satellite data, delivers sub-minute AI inference, and is designed to support thousands of hectares per deployment — reducing manual analysis time by 60–70% while maintaining over 90% data consistency in pilot environments. What motivates this work is impact that doesn’t need noise to be meaningful. When decisions arrive earlier, risks shrink, resources are used more efficiently, and food systems become more resilient without adding complexity for the people on the ground.
