Agroculture Nepal was founded in 2016 with the goal of supplying agricultural products from the Himalayan region of Nepal. It has been set up with a vision to encourage sourcing and employment in these remote geographies and to facilitate supply to customers everywhere in the world. We see ourselves as a socially responsible company and have established best practices in fair trade and environmental sustainability. Our flagship product is Churpi - dog chews made from the milk of yaks and cows grazing freely at altitudes of over feet, feeding on naturally-growing flora and drinking pristine water. A traditionally handmade recipe which has long been treated as a humble snack for households, Churpi is then formed after the milk goes through the steps of heating, fat separation, addition of lime and salt, removal of excess water, cutting and finally, smoke drying for 28 days to enhance its preservation. It does not contain any artificial component and is safer and more nutritious than most dog treats available in the market. Every time you purchase Churpi from us, you support a consortium of over dairy farmers in small villages and the Himalayan ethos of life: conservation of nature and preservation of traditional methods. We source our raw material from 5 partnered production units and numerous individual manufacturers around Ilam which then go through a stringent quality check to meet our standards to create the premium end product. We have all the necessary approvals to export and are looking for buyers, either in our brand or as a private label, majorly across South East Asia, the USA, Canada and Brazil.
