Agropeeper delivers a system for sorting and grading fruits (and other produce) using AI/ML techniques for early detection of internal defects without cutting them. Fruits (and vegetables also) are categorized on the basis of internal defects, color, texture, size or weight, and shape to measure precisely the quality, shelf life, and optimum harvest time of the produces. We at AGROPEEPER have developed a novel application, facilitated by thermal imaging along with Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning techniques for the early detection of internal defects and customized quality advisory. This single solution is used for multiple problems like segregation while taking the produce from the farm and reducing transportation and storage costs.
