A few of us decided to reclaim lost ground and begin, one client at a time, to provide an alternative to the usual and customary parameters of talent sourcing and mission critical talent recruitment. After decades of consulting, directing, and creating Fortune 100 company brands and public policy, our aHa Talent Solutions model seemed the next evolution: helping corporate and non-profit organizations identify and recruit critical talent at affordable rates with flexible service options.
